If you are planning and eligible to vote/nominate for the Hugos/Nebulas/World Fantasy Awards this year, if you email proof of your eligibility* (i.e., your name is listed on the Worldcon website as an attending member, or the email confirmation or receipt you received when you purchased your membership, etc.) We would be happy to make all of our 2012 content available to you in the digital format of your choice (pdf, mobi, or epub).

This post is inspired by similar ones by Neil Clarke (for Clarkesworld Magazine) and John Joseph Adams (for Lightspeed and Fantasy magazines).

* In the past we’ve created a page for SFWA members for the Nebulas and we’ll be doing that again this year. So if you’re a SFWA member, you’ll have access to this material early in 2013.
